I am honored to have been elected to the RAA Board where I am now completing my second term in office as your President. Much progress has been made in implementing the changes brought about by the 2004 Bylaws that created the “new RAA”. Thanks to everyone for giving me the opportunity to help create the future of RAA and Reflexology.

Opal has degrees in business management and criminal justice and worked in both fields prior to finding Yoga and then Reflexology. She is the founding president of the Arizona Reflexology Association and represented AZRA on the first AMTA-AZ Coalition to fight for exemption from the massage laws.

Opal is a Licensed Reflexologist (ND); is certified in the Original Ingham Method™; and is nationally certified by ARCB. She teaches quarterly Introductory Reflexology classes at her local Community College and has a private practice.
