Paula S. Stone has a vision: to see reflexology established as a profession throughout the United States. She offers the Board and members of RAA more than 30-years of well-rounded, hands-on experience in leadership, education, and reflexology/wellness. Maintaining an active practice, Paula Stone is an ARCB-certified reflexologist, and NCTMB-certified and state licensed massage therapist. She teaches core and advanced reflexology classes at The Stone Institute, LLC, a member school of RAA and ABMP. Stone earned a Bachelor’s degree in education, and a Master’s degree with an emphasis on research and writing.
Paula is dedicated to establishing and raising educational standards for reflexology in the United States. She is a member of the ACARET curriculum development committee and is author of numerous articles on reflexology and wellness and of the peer-reviewed academic textbook, Therapeutic Reflexology: A Step-by-Step Guide to Professional Competence (Pearson/Prentice-Hall).
